ServiceMax may collect your mobile phone number when you contact us, request or receive services, schedule an appointment, become a customer, or voluntarily opt in to receive text messages.

If you provide express consent to receive SMS messages from ServiceMax, we may use your mobile phone number to send messages related to your ServiceMax services, appointments, service updates, membership information, membership renewals, and other communications consistent with the purpose for which you provided consent.

Providing consent to receive text messages is optional and is not a condition of purchasing goods or services from ServiceMax.
